Charlie is a life long resident of the Central PA region. In 1984, while attending management and auctioneer classes at Harrisburg Area Community College Charlie elected to take real estate classes required to sit for the real estate salesperson license. As a result he was able to become a licensed real estate salesperson and an auctioneer. Charlie then went to work for a local office of a national real estate franchise and after a successful two years in real estate sales earned his real estate brokers license. With the brokers license he continued to sell real estate, became involved in office management and started doing appraisals for local lenders. In 1990, with some help from a sales associate friend, Charlie opened a full service real estate office in Perry County. Charlie has also worked full time as a self employed real estate appraiser. Charlie is now Broker of Record for JALEX Real Estate Services, LLC. Charlie brings 20+ years of real estate related experience to the team.

I am the wife, and #1 supporter of the business owner. I has been a registered nurse for the past 13 years and a real estate agent since September 2008. I am also the Property Manager for JA/LEX, and welcomes the challenge of being the liaison between Landlords and Tenants in Shippensburg. I believe it is important to live by the Golden Rule and tries to maintain a positive attitude and work hard. Practically a native to Shippensburg, I almost feel like I'm the expert on the area. In spite of the fact that I had a wonderful and positive childhood here in Shippensburg, I still felt it necessary to explore the great big city of Houston, TX. After several years, I then proceeded to down size to Akron, OH. Akron is where I met my husband and purchased my first home. Shortly after our first daughter was born, I felt the responsibility of bringing her up in a safe small town with a great school district. After nine years of living outside of Shippensburg, my then small family moved home to Shippensburg. Once back at home, I was able to embrace the quaintness of Shippensburg and all of the attributes that it offers. I started practicing real estate for its flexibility, but fell in love with it for it is the perfect opportunity to show the pride that I have in my home town.

My name is Mindy Kierzkowski. I attended Frostburg State University in Frostburg, MD and received my B.S. degree in Sociology. After college, I lived in the Baltimore, MD area for two years until my husband's job transferred us to St. Louis, MO where we bought our first house. I really enjoyed the midwest, but it never felt like home. My husband and I moved to Pennsylvania almost eight years ago with the plan of building a home. We took our time researching the area to make sure we found the perfect place to raise our family. We chose Shippensburg for it's beauty, great schools, small town charm, and close proximity to larger cities. Once here, we built a home, and have since filled it with three daughters, and a yellow lab named Hoagie. We then decided to purchase a second home in Shippensburg to take avantage of the great investment opportunities this town has to offer. I have been a Realtor for over 5 years. What I enjoy most about real estate is getting to know my clients, and providing them with sales and service.
