Price is always negotiable, and depends on the level of service desired. It’s best to talk about price at the property, while also discussing the desired services and expectations.

If I hire you to manage my property, how often should I expect to hear from you?

Probably not often, as long as all is well. We know you are busy living life, and you do not want to be bothered with petty requests. If you’re the type of owner who needs frequent updates, whether good or bad please let us know. We know that property management is not a ‘one size fits all’ service, and we try to be flexible. Most details are negotiable in the property management contract.
